In a small road, both sides are residential areas, underground shops, full of life. This shop is the most popular, full inside, and there are tables outside at night. The boss and the waiter are working hard to make beef offal. I ordered a portion of the signature beef offal and a small portion of beef balls, and sat at a small table on the roadside to eat. It was tender but not mushy, and melted in the mouth, which was really great. I didn't like the beef intestines very much, so I left them. It's a personal preference.
