Tom Wu Restaurant (First Under Heaven)
It can get a bit crowded, especially on weekends, so arrive early and avoid peak meal times. The durian pastry is a must-try; it's crispy, sweet, and delicious. The fried chicken platter and borscht are also good.
Sichuan Restaurant (Northwest corner of Ping'an Zhongshan Road)
