The crabs at Jumbo are standard Sri Lankan crabs, which are consumed in large quantities every day to ensure freshness. The sauce is prepared uniformly by Jumbo's central kitchen, so each branch maintains a consistent taste. Although it is called chili crab, it is not very spicy. The taste is sweet and spicy. Compared with the spicy crabs in China, although it is not as strong and impactful, it better retains the original flavor of the crab.
I came to Singapore with my friends. The crab meal at Jumbo cost a lot, but it was really worth it~ It was praised as one of the best memories of this trip! After going to the Ferris wheel, I came to Jumbo Seafood. When I arrived, I had to wait for a table, which shows that it is still very popular. We sat outside and the scenery was good~ The service was still very good! (In order to save money) We didn’t ask for refreshments, and the water on the table was not for drinking, hahahaha. But the waiter still recommended it, and recommended our king crab, saying that there was a discount that day. We discussed it and decided to splurge, which was a wise choice! My friend made a strategy and came specifically for the award-winning black pepper crab and chili crab. He ordered some recommended dishes, taro scallops, cereal shrimp, etc., all delicious! ! No wonder it is so famous, it really doesn’t step on thunder~ Black pepper crab is a bit spicy, and chili crab is actually tomato and egg fried crab. This combination is inexplicably delicious! I also bought two boxes of seasonings to bring home for shrimp and crabs, which were also very good. Later I found that there is also Jumbo in the capital, and the price seems to be similar to that in Singapore. I don’t know if the quality is the same. I will try it when I have a chance.

The Huaxizi Restaurant is a restaurant opened by a Fujianese from China. I recommend the Fujian fried noodles in this restaurant. The flavor is very strong and the stir-fry is also very tasty. The price is also very affordable. There are many dishes in it.
The restaurant is run by a Fujianese. I recommend the Fujian fried noodles here. The taste is quite strong. For a person like me who likes strong taste, it is very delicious. The ingredients are also very sufficient. And with the special sauce made by the boss, it is really delicious. It is very satisfying to stir-fry.

Of course, you can't miss the signature satay meat, which is sweet and tender. Then I was attracted by the satay-flavored fish fillets and fish skewers. The sweet taste, coupled with the taste of fish, can be said to complement each other. One bite is very satisfying!
A restaurant with good value for money / Braised goose / It's a rare place to eat goose meat, and the product is excellent The goose skin is soft and salty, the goose meat is tough and firm, the fat layer is sweet and juicy, the taste is plump and delicate, the layers are distinct, and it's not dry or greasy. The more you chew, the more fragrant it is. It's so good! It's definitely worth a try! The braised tofu served with it was a bit inferior. I don't know why it smelled burnt. It could be a bit more tender and smooth. / Pork trotter jelly / It was so slippery that it was hard to pick up with chopsticks. It was very chewy. The pork trotter jelly would melt after a long time. It was very fresh. You could also eat the pork trotter meat inside. The taste was really amazing. / Beef ball soup / The big, solid beef balls were firm and chewy. When you bite them, they would burst out with delicious juice. They were stewed with radish. The soup was so delicious that you couldn't stop eating. This dish was also quite satisfying. / Sour cabbage fried squid / The portion was quite substantial. It was full of squid, but it was not as fresh as expected. The sour cabbage was seasoned with a little bit of chili. It was very fresh and fragrant and appetizing. / Dry fried rice noodles / I love this dish! I didn't expect that the simple and rustic white rice noodles could be fried so deliciously. It only used green vegetables and pork lard residue. It was so fragrant! The rice noodles are soft and tender, a little smooth and sticky, and the heat of the wok is just right [bow] Eat them while they are hot! / Stir-fried Chinese kale / The ingredients are just right, crispy and refreshing, fragrant and sweet / Reverse sand taro / I love this Chaoshan dessert so much Lipu taro is cut into strips and fried until crispy on the outside and sticky on the inside, then reverse fried with sugar icing, it is soft and sweet in the mouth, not greasy at all Although the sugar layer is not very crispy, it tastes closer to what you make at home. The sweetness of white sugar and the fragrance of taro are the most charming!

The salmon is too tired after the fried, the fried salmon is too much, but it is cold and not crispy at all. The only surprise is that the strange cheeseburger meat sushi has been queued for three hours before eating.
In an old bungalow, the Nanyang vegetables, the sand and the Nyunggye vegetables, the taste is relatively heavy, similar to the improvement of Fujian dishes, the sauce inside is good, the eggs are delicious.

Recommend spicy crab Cereal Shrimp black pepper crab Pure taste, good service Beautiful environment, a good place to check in Especially the air environment is good and the sky is blue Take beautiful photos casually
I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no signboard. The waiter told me that there is only one in China. It is very Singaporean style, and I felt like I was back in Singapore. "Cereal Milk Shrimp" is very delicious, the cereal is crispy and delicious "Hainan Chicken Meal" has a little salty ginger juice "Soybean Sauce Yellow Croaker" has very tender fish

One of the many time-honored restaurants in Singapore, it has won the Michelin Bib Gourmand for many years. It specializes in seafood stir-fry. This whole floor is theirs. Moonlight Rice Noodles SGD 6 A signature dish, rice noodles are thrown on high heat until they are burnt, and the rice noodles are stir-fried with lard, Chinese sausage, prawns, squid and black sauce, which is full of Chinese wok flavor. Add egg yolk in the middle and mix it with the rice noodles when eating, which is more tender and fragrant. Coffee Spare Ribs SGD12 This is a signature dish that must be ordered. When it is served, the coffee aroma is strong. There is oyster sauce and coffee powder on the pork chops, with a little caramel aroma and a strong coffee flavor. Pearl Roll SGD 12 It is also their signature dish. The crispy tofu skin is stuffed with a lot of salted egg yolks, shrimps, ham, mushrooms, etc. It is full when you bite it. It is very big and you will feel full after eating one.
A good seafood restaurant, not expensive, crabs and shrimps are very fresh, pepper crabs and cereal shrimps are my favorites, the price per person is about 30 SGD, the food is good. There are many locals.

A Nyonya restaurant, more suitable for the Chinese appetite. This restaurant needs to be booked, one at 6pm and one at 8:30pm. Beef Rendang is delicious, but quite spicy. It is curry and coconut milk. It is the most famous dish of this restaurant. It goes well with rice and pancakes. Kumquat chili is a traditional Malay dipping sauce, a bit spicy. Indian flatbread is great with curry. Hainanese chicken rice tastes good, the chicken is very fragrant, and the rice fried with chicken oil is good. Shrimp Paste Chicken Wings is a kind of fried meat, which tastes very good. Small Golden Cup is highly recommended and is also a very special dish in the restaurant. [Mint] Environment: Very good [Service bell] Service: Good
The main feature is the fusion of Japanese and Mexican cuisine, with all kinds of spicy sushi, the famous Madrid stew made into burritos, and desserts are Spanish dough sticks dipped in chocolate... If you are tired of shopping, this is also a good choice for a meal.

My friend brought me here to eat the legendary Michelin one-star Nyonya cuisine. It is a three-story building with a very Nanyang style decoration. People who have just arrived in Singapore may not be used to it, but they think it has a certain characteristic. Local friends often eat various flavors of curry and think it tastes good. The curry flavor is very special. I personally think the small golden cup and five-spice rolls are delicious. Durian cendol is worth trying.
I always think it's delicious, and I would like to recommend the simple and delicious dishes, such as flat meat soup, earthworm jelly, clams, seasonal vegetables in golden soup, lotus leaf dumplings, and this season's eel soup ~ it only costs two to three hundred for two people, and you can go shopping after eating!

This Chinese restaurant in Chinatown, Chinatown, Singapore is a time-honored restaurant with a history of 90 years. It is located in a standard Nanyang-style building. It mainly serves Fujian cuisine, but also has innovations, such as using robots to deliver meals. It feels that the owner not only maintains the classics but also has a mentality of keeping up with the times. With this attentive attitude, the environment, food and service are all great.
After sitting down at the position, I was told there was no snack class for lunch, so I was a little disappointed at first. The waiter who ordered the food was not bad, but the lobby manager saw that we were few people, and probably felt that our consumption was not high, so he didn't pay attention to us at all. When I checked out, I even put the credit card in my pocket and almost forgot to return it to me. Unfortunately, such a good environment, with such a unpleasant mood, no matter how good the food is, it is tasteless!

Frog porridge is very delicious, the porridge is very thick and fresh. Ginger and scallion frog. Because there are children, I didn't order spicy food. This non-spicy taste is very good, salty and sweet, with a slight sweetness. Mango shrimp has a little bit of spicy taste, and the overall taste is good. Iron plate oyster omelette is OK, just average. [Mint] Environment: Not very good, no air conditioning, waiting time is relatively long, mainly after ordering the dishes, you have to wait for the table, which feels unreasonable. [Service bell] Service: OK, the waiter can speak Chinese
It is really a small shop that is so ordinary that it is in the dust. Buy 2 catties of frogs and get 1 catty free. It is actually a clay pot of braised frogs and a clay pot of white porridge. The taste still makes me drool when I think of it! It is worth coming to taste!
