Climbing to the top, you can see all the mountains. The General Fairy Palace is built on it, which is like a palace in heaven, with a fairy-like atmosphere.
You need to take a sightseeing bus to go up the mountain. Friends who are not physically fit are recommended to take the ropeway back and forth. If you drive there, the parking fee is 10 yuan. You can purchase a sightseeing bus to and from the ice cave for 5 yuan each way. You can also walk up. The lower part of the ice cave is a staircase, with a single route in and out. The ice cave has a variety of lighting. It's best to wear warm clothing; if you don't have any, there are rentals available in the parking lot.
The scenic area is currently undergoing a short road renovation. After checking your ticket, you'll board a tour bus to the foot of the Hanging Village. Looking up at the village, it seems quite high, but it's actually quite easy to climb. There's a stall selling roasted corn and sweet potatoes up there, which are delicious and fragrant. A cool breeze, gurgling water, and flowers strewn across the grounds are a delightful experience!

It's so beautiful. You could spend a whole day exploring this attraction. It's even more beautiful when the sun comes out after a light rain. The road leading to the parking lot is currently under repair, so there's only a narrow dirt road, and they even charge a parking fee.

Wear sneakers with non-slip soles if you're entering and exiting from the north. It takes about 2 hours. If you're walking the entire route, both north and south, it depends on your physical fitness.

I stayed in Linfen and the navigation was wrong. I came to Hukou Waterfall on the Shaanxi side and felt a little dizzy. The scenic area is good overall. The car was parked at the visitor center and the bus was taken to the waterfall. The Shaanxi side is basically parallel to the waterfall and slightly downward.
Hukou Waterfall on the Yellow River is a Chinese wonder worth a once-in-a-lifetime visit. It's recommended to view it from either Shaanxi or Shanxi Province. From the Shaanxi side, traditional buildings are dotted with scattered red flags. Shaanxi offers magnificent views of Hukou, with its cascading rock formations along the shore.
