Jingbian Wave Valley: Featuring Danxia landforms sculpted over 96 million years, with red rocks undulating like waves.
The glass bridge is great, perfect for taking photos. It's a bit windy and swaying on top, and you can't stare directly at it from below, or your legs will shake. Overall, the scenic area is nice. It's the off-season, so there are fewer people, and the Mars spacesuit and martial arts costume photoshoots are temporarily suspended. The elevator inside is a rip-off; it costs 15 yuan for a short section, which is completely unnecessary, and you still have to climb back up.

Hongshi Gorge is located 3 kilometers north of Yulin, Shaanxi Province. It is named after the red rocks on the mountain. The excavation of Hongshi Gorge can be traced back to the Song and Yuan Dynasties. It was once the territory of the Western Xia Kingdom. In the Ming Dynasty, Hongshi Gorge became an important military fortress due to its dangerous geographical location and was closely connected with the Great Wall. In the modern revolutionary struggle in northern Shaanxi, Hongshi Gorge played an important role and became one of the important revolutionary activity sites of the CPC Central Committee in northern Shaanxi. The cliffs on both sides of the river valley are covered with cliff carvings and caves. There are more than 160 stone carvings in total, including regular script, cursive script, official script and seal script, which are called "Forest of Steles on the Frontier".
Yuntaishan Hongshi Gorge is the essence of Yuntaishan scenic spots. It takes about one and a half hours to visit. The canyon is 1,500 meters long and is a one-way scenic spot. There is a narrow canyon called "One Line Sky" at the south end of the valley entrance, and there is the Bailong Waterfall with a height of more than 60 meters. The high mountains on both sides stand like a stone tower, which is exactly the west gate of Yuntaishan.

Erlang Mountain in Shenmu, Shaanxi Province: Commonly known as West Mountain, also known as Penholder Mountain and Camelback Mountain, it lies one kilometer west of Shenmu County. Erlang Mountain is located 1 km west of Shenmu City, Shaanxi Province, with an altitude of 1,028 meters. It is commonly known as "West Mountain" and is also called "Hump Mountain" because of its hump-like shape. In the 13th year of Zhengde in the Ming Dynasty (1518), Emperor Wuzong named it "Bijia Mountain". In December 2020, it was rated as a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. The mountain is oriented north-south. The existing ancient building complex that integrates Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism is distributed along the thousand-meter ridge, including more than 100 historical buildings such as Dizang Cave Grottoes, Erlang Temple, and Haoran Pavilion. The Ming Dynasty screen wall preserves the stone carvings of "Tiger Roaring Picture" and "Nine Dragons Playing in the Water Picture". The scenic area is a key cultural relic protection unit in Shaanxi Province. There are existing cultural relics such as murals, steles, and cliff inscriptions from the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Baiyun Mountain is still worth visiting. After buying the ticket, you can drive up. It is very tiring to walk up, so it saves time and energy. It takes 1 hour to play there. There are Zhenwu Hall, Wenchang Pavilion, Nine Dragon Wall, and there is a stage under which is another world!

Most people might just visit the Corner Tower ruins and leave. My family of three walked around the west city for about an hour. The path was relatively easy to follow (there were some dirt roads), not crowded, and we even saw the archaeologists at work. It was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the site and it deepened my understanding of the Sixteen Kingdoms period.
The Tongwan City Ruins are located in Baichengzi Village, Hongdunjie Town, Jingbian County, Shaanxi Province. It is the ruins of the capital of the Great Xia Kingdom established by Helian Bobo, a descendant of the Xiongnu people during the Sixteen Kingdoms period of the Eastern Jin Dynasty in Chinese history. It is also the only capital ruins left by the Xiongnu people in the long river of history. In 407 AD, Helian Bobo, the last Xiongnu king, established the Great Xia Kingdom. He began to build the capital in 413 AD and completed it in 418 AD. He personally named it "Tongwan" to show his ambition to "unify the world and rule over all nations" with the city as the foundation. Tongwan City continued to be used until 994 AD, when Emperor Taizong of Song issued an edict to destroy the city. It has been more than a thousand years since then.

This street is beautiful to visit during the day and especially at night. It has a vibrance of locals in the evening, and lots of stores and restaurants. Lots to see and do here. A very night street to slowly walk along and enjoy!
This old street was formed during the Chenghua period of the Ming Dynasty. It is about 2 kilometers long. Six ancient pavilions are arranged in a row from south to north, namely Wenchang Pavilion, Wanfo Tower, Xingming Tower, Bell Tower, Kaige Tower and Drum Tower.
•The Drum Tower, also known as the Qiao Tower, was built in the ninth year of the Chenghua period of the Ming Dynasty (1473). It is a two-story brick cave-style building, 18.5 meters high, with a unique shape and structure.
•The Kaige Tower, formerly known as Huaide Gate, was built in the fifth year of the Hongzhi period of the Ming Dynasty (1492). Because it was the residence of Zhu Houzhao, the Emperor Wuzong of the Ming Dynasty, it is also known as the Taiyi Palace. This building has two floors and a height of 20 meters, with bell and drum towers at the four corners.
•The Bell Tower, built during the Republic of China, is 24 meters high and is made entirely of blue bricks. It has a four-story structure and a double-eaved octagonal pavilion on the top floor.
•Xinming Building, built in the Ming Dynasty, is 18 meters high, with yellow glazed tiles covering the roof and eaves, and is exquisitely crafted.
•Wenchang Pavilion, located at the northernmost end of the old street, is one of the six buildings.
These buildings are not only of historical value, but also a tourist attraction. The streets are lined with small shops on both sides, showing an antique commercial atmosphere. Yulin Old Street attracts many tourists for sightseeing with its quaint, prosperous and wide characteristics.
