The museum is free, just need to make a reservation. We arrived an hour before closing time, so it was very rushed, but the advantage was that we didn't have to queue to see the Sword of Goujian, King of Yue; we could just walk in. Unfortunately, we missed the chime bell performance. The gold artifacts of King Liangzhuang were absolutely stunning. We also managed to buy the souvenirs we wanted before closing time!
The experience was great. Although it was a bit crowded, the cultural relics were truly a feast for the eyes. The tour guide, Shu Ping, was also excellent; her pronunciation was clear, complete, and fluent. Highly recommended! 😍😍😍

I visited Yueyang Tower several decades ago when I was in college. Now retired, I returned this spring and recited, "It embraces distant mountains, swallows the Yangtze River, vast and boundless," which was still very pleasant. Senior citizen tickets have improved the cost-effectiveness of sightseeing for seniors!
I was planning to visit Yueyang Tower on my way from Changsha to Wuhan, but overall, I was just so-so. Having seen Tengwang Pavilion in Nanchang before, it was noticeably inferior, and even less impressive than the Yellow Crane Tower in Wuhan; its fame is the only real advantage.

Yichang is definitely a hidden gem of a tourist city in Hubei. During the May Day holiday, a road trip along the G348 Three Gorges Geological Highway offered breathtaking scenery all the way. The Three Gorges Family Scenic Area is an absolute must-see, with its magnificent gorges, clear waters, and the unique Tujia ethnic minority performances of the traditional wedding lament and boat tracker demonstrations. These live performances set against the backdrop of the mountains and rivers create a truly immersive experience! Highly recommended! 👍
It was fantastic! We went straight for the top-of-the-line option. The top deck is definitely different. Before, the Qingjiang Gallery was open-air, but this one is indoors with 270-degree panoramic glass. The environment is great, and you can even change clothes, though you'll have to be quick to grab the best ones! There's also complimentary tea, drinks, bread, and pastries.

As a filming location for movies and TV series such as *The Legend of the Demon Cat*, Tang City boasts magnificent and exquisitely detailed Tang-style architecture, including the Zhuque Gate and Mingde Gate, allowing visitors to feel as if they have traveled back to the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The buildings and gardens within the scenic area complement each other, and the surrounding waterways create a beautiful landscape.
A nighttime tour of Tang City amazed me at the grandeur of this man-made film and television city. There were many performances, and the scale was quite impressive, but why didn't it feel truly breathtaking? I offer the following analysis: 1. The actors weren't particularly dedicated. Their expressions were dull, their movements were unfocused, and even when they approached the audience, they weren't enthusiastic. The group performances weren't cohesive. Perhaps they were tired from performing multiple shows daily and didn't really enjoy the job. 2. The scriptwriting wasn't professional enough. Three large-scale performances, recommended by netizens as highly worth seeing—Mingde's Victory Song, Suzaku's Display of National Prestige, and Fireworks at Hu Yulou—had no plot at all. They also lacked any relevant content; they were simply light and music shows. If I could offer a suggestion, I'd definitely design them according to a timeline. The first could depict the Tang Dynasty facing war, with assassins attacking the city and warriors rushing to the rescue. The second could see soldiers defending their country, a general returning victorious, and meeting a beautiful woman. The third could feature a beautiful scene of the flourishing Tang Dynasty, with fireworks and water curtains celebrating its splendor. Adding excellent lighting and sound effects would have been even better. 3. There were so many programs, and the venue design was a mess. It was difficult to run around. Overall, the ticket price was worth it, and the schedule was very fulfilling. The venue was beautiful, with many photo-worthy spots, and it was a very pleasant experience.

The scenic area features a live-action performance of "The Three Visits to the Thatched Cottage," allowing visitors to experience history vividly. Tenglong Pavilion offers panoramic views, Yueying Flower Valley boasts a sea of flowers in all four seasons, Laolong Cave is a secluded bamboo forest with babbling brooks, and there are also thrilling attractions like the jungle roller coaster, catering to the needs of different visitors. Adult tickets (including sightseeing bus) start at 87 yuan, family tickets (2 adults and 1 child) from 200 yuan, and free admission is available for children and seniors.
The Ancient Longzhong Scenic Area is located in the western suburbs of Xiangyang City, about 10 kilometers from the city center. It is easily accessible by public bus; you can take a shuttle bus from the visitor center to the scenic area. The area is tranquil, beautiful, and rich in Three Kingdoms culture, featuring attractions such as the Wuhou Temple, the Ancient Longzhong Archway, and the Tenglong Pavilion. It is well worth a visit.

The scenic area is relatively pristine. The cable car's middle station leads directly to the waterfall group, and the downhill road is well-maintained; it's about a half-hour walk to the scenic area's bus stop. You can take the scenic area bus to Baima Grand Canyon and then walk downhill for about 1.5 hours, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. The ticket allows for two entries; those with good stamina can enter the park a second day to climb the main peak.
Except for the bad weather, foggy and cloudy mountain, the experience was okay. Fortunately, there was a cable car to go up. My legs would have shaken just walking down the mountain. I played in the afternoon of the first day in Baima Grand Canyon. It was pretty good.

A gentle evening breeze, carrying the unique moisture of the Yangtze River, brushed against the gunwale as the cruise ship slowly departed the dock, gradually unfolding the night of Wuhan. On the river, shimmering waves meandered along the wake of the ship, like scattered diamonds, reflecting the lights that lit up one after another on both banks—the eaves of the Yellow Crane Tower were adorned with a warm yellow halo, like a jade palace floating in the night; the neon lights along the riverbank stretched along the shoreline, intertwining with the lights of the rows of buildings on the opposite bank, weaving a flowing galaxy of light and shadow.
The Hankou River Beach is the most scenic and longest section of the riverfront, perfect for a leisurely stroll rather than a rushed photo op. It frequently hosts various cultural and tourism promotional events. There's a chrysanthemum exhibition currently on display, which I recommend checking out; the panoramic views are quite pleasant.

It was very exciting! The parade girls were very pretty. It was thrilling and I had a lot of fun. Except for the wooden dragon ride which hurt my neck, everything else was great. I recommend it! The scenery was also quite beautiful. It was very interesting and I had a lot of fun. I'll definitely come again next time!
The park was brimming with Halloween spirit, with pumpkin decorations and themed mascots everywhere, as well as creatively designed burger and giant chicken installations, making for fantastic photo opportunities. Visitors also showed great enthusiasm, with various quirky costumes that were eye-catching, creating the atmosphere of a grand costume party with plenty of interaction.

Overall, it was alright! The kids had a good time! The only downside was that the ticket had to be verified at Gokurakuyu first, which was a bit of a hassle and inconvenient! You had to make a trip there, and I didn't know that at first. I only realized it when I got to the park's ticket checkpoint, so I had to go back to Gokurakuyu!
It's a good place to take the kids out, but there are too many people during the National Day holiday. It's recommended to travel during off-peak hours. There is luggage storage inside, and large luggage can also be stored. The baby's father is only free during the National Day holiday, so he can only squeeze in the crowd. Moreover, the weather is still a bit hot during the National Day holiday. As long as the baby is happy, it's fine. The facilities inside are quite complete, and the indoor air conditioning is sufficient. There are facilities suitable for children over a week old to play, as well as some facilities for older children to play. The variety is quite complete.

As in here in Wuhan for a few weeks, I found a moment to walk away from business and today’s itinerary includes Wuhan Zoo. What a treat. The animals are beautiful, are in great health and seem to enjoy themselves despite the rainy weather. It’s a recommendation, just don’t tap the windows, you know? I mean, seriously, there’s a sign asking you not to. It’s bothering the animals. There’s loads of viewing space, the staff are amazing and super helpful. Gift shops have actually good and memory-making things. A definite recommendation
A great zoo! It only costs 40 yuan for adults, with no unnecessary commercial elements. The animals live in excellent conditions. After my visit, I immediately bought an annual pass. I hope Wuhan Zoo continues to improve!
