One of the easiest mountains I've climbed so far. From the South Gate cable car, you'll see the mountain elevator, and then you can basically just walk down the mountain.
🎡Lazy Route: (Up from the south, down from the north; there's no elevator at the North Gate)
1⃣️ Take the South Gate cable car up (an eight-person cabin with seats)
2⃣️ Don't get on the elevator yet; turn right and check out the Buddha Shadow Lotus (queue for photos, one minute per person)
3⃣️ Take the lazy elevator for a painless climb
4⃣️ If you're not afraid of heights, check out the South Sky Summit
5⃣️ Have a cup of Bawang Chaji (the milk tea shop at the top of the mountain is a must-see)
6⃣️ Walk along the mountain road toward the North Gate (mostly downhill, not tiring, and you'll pass various bridges and beautiful views)
7⃣️ Check out the Ruyi Bridge (drone available for aerial photography)
8⃣️ Take the North Gate cable car down (a large one with standing passengers)
My first time hiking in Taizhou, I stayed at the south gate of the Shenxianju Scenic Area. To get to the scenic area, you need to take a shuttle bus, which is not far and costs 5 yuan. Once inside, you can take the cable car up and down, with escalators in between, which is relatively easy. The scenic area has pleasant scenery, various bridges, and a glass plank road. However, the cost is quite high. The entrance fee, the cable car up and down, the South Zenith, and the shuttle bus cost about 360 yuan per person.

The scenery is very much like that of a Jiangnan garden, and the book-guarding beast is so cute. Because it was just after a typhoon, the sky was particularly blue. I have always liked the walls and roofs of southern buildings, which are particularly beautiful against the blue sky. There are many venues inside, including a mahjong hall and a place where surnames are mentioned. If you take your time to stroll around, you can spend a whole morning there.
This was a very good attraction among the ones I visited. The gardens are well-maintained, there are many places to explore, and the audio guides were very detailed, so I learned a lot. Particularly memorable were the origin of the Tianyi Pavilion's name, the Shenlong version of the Lanting Preface, the artemisia used to protect books from insects, the adorable guardian tigers, the exquisitely carved stone carvings with different patterns on each side, the magnificent carpentry building, the intricately crafted sedan chair, and the fascinating mahjong parlor. It's worth setting aside more than an hour to explore it in detail. It's a worthwhile attraction.

The Earth's Center Expedition was an eye-opener. Our guide was Teacher Wang when we went in, and Teacher Fang led us out. The kids learned a lot, and it was both educational and entertaining! It would have been even better if the teachers had explained things in more detail!
The major attractions were all quite fun. The wait for Tongtian River was too long, though. This resulted in long lines for the rest of the tour. You can try the other attractions first and then visit Tongtian River last.

It's just okay. I went to see a dam which was quite spectacular. The other scenery is generally not worth a second visit. The water in the dam is yellow and sandy, which is not very nice. The weather is good with blue sky and white clouds. I just walked around and took a look, took in the air. It's not suitable for sightseeing in hot weather because it will make you very hot.

This is my second time here. The housekeeper Zheng Jiajia is very attentive and patient. She reminded me before departure and sent me to the room after arrival. I was on a business trip to Hangzhou and had a 24-hour special forces tour. The air in the mountains is good, there is no queue, and the hotel's 3 express pass items are also very convenient.
We visited the mountain on September 25th. The only downside was the rain and fog, which limited visibility. Since it was a Thursday, there were very few people on the mountain, and the VIP access was completely useless. However, our guide accompanied us throughout the entire trip, arranging shuttles in advance. The itinerary was well-planned, taking our energy levels into account and ensuring no unnecessary detours. She also encouraged us to try out the attractions, including the cliff swing, which was incredibly emotional. By the time we reached Xianxia Town, we were exhausted from climbing. Although renting a car was more expensive at 168 yuan per hour, we opted for it anyway. However, neither of us can drive a tram, so thankfully our guide drove for us, solving all our problems perfectly. We were also exhausted on the descent, but the guide arranged a car in advance, so we got right back on after getting off the cable car. It was a truly wonderful experience.
