"Ginza Ibuki is located in Ginza2-14-62nd Matsuoka Bldg. B1 104-0061, central district of Tokyo, with a simple 5,000 yen lunch. When I opened the self-service door and walked down the stairs, there was a counter. The counter had small space for 7 seats. There seemed to be a private room at the back. After the soup was soaked, the fried sesame tofu was crisp and wet. Soft and elegant sesame tofu. The rubbed sunflower tastes good too. Egg tofu with ziri iri hill, tuna and sardine seasoned soup and fragrant Sansho leaves. I think the taste is easy to understand. Suppon egg tofu is delicious. I thoroughly tasted the soup. It seems to represent the general's distinctive personality. The smell of the cod baking shop is scattered. Place garlic and saunas on top and add the most mineral-rich salt. The cod has a wonderful contrast between the degree of skin baking and the softness of the body. It also feels like adding flavor. It is a must to eat. Overnight dry Ayu Ayu corn and goya fried overnight, delicious. Enjoy the difference in rice in four stages. First, Ardente a delicious hot tea bowl. Feel the hardness of the rice structure. The fried eggplants of Hamo Kyoto cooked in Kumamoto Tamaru are hard and taste very strong. Two kinds of cooked rice, freshly cooked rice and fragrant food and Jakomittsume properly cooked rice. Finally, sprinkle some Okoge soy sauce and taste the aroma. It is not man-made, but a fine sword. The counter of the dumplings is not fully launched at once, but has a private room, so the start is divided into three stages. When I eat, it is a bit redundant because other smells come in. It is a Japanese lunch, and the taste is clear and understandable."

"The obvious environment and service can understand why the star was dropped, but the delicious kaiseki cuisine provided is not disappointing, especially the performance of the puffer dolphin cuisine is impressive. It is worth a try. The wild oyster brushing pot is full of wild flavor. It should be a mature taste buds that the old man is extremely appreciative! The performance of fish cuisine and beef sushi is also above the standard! The only thing that is not distinctive is the dessert, which is slightly ordinary! But you can feel the sincerity of the chef's desire to keep the original flavor of precious ingredients and the moderate and refreshing taste of the seasoning! Compared with Kyoto Yoshiga, the price is considered close to the people 😆"

"Matsugawa, tabelog used to be the number one restaurant in Japan. Many customers can make an appointment once a year. I was fortunate to meet Japan  Intelligence Jun. I tried twice, July in 18 years and May in 19 years. It was originally about March in 20 years, but because of the epidemic, I couldn't go to the scene . So the appointment became January 28, 2021. Really  standard standard one year."

"The best dinner experience in Tokyo! Highly recommended! The restaurant itself is an excellent experience! Chef Kanda is a happy, kind, humble person who has no other pursuit in life than cooking because he is passionate about his work and country. He studied in Paris for five years, opened his own restaurant, only opening while working, and closed the rest of the time."

"The sashimi is very fresh, the bluefin tuna in the stomach ^ is really cool to eat, the sea urchin ^ is not fishy and sweet is also arbitrary. There is also the favorite New Zealand mandarin shrimp ^ 🦐! The sashimi platter ^ is quite fresh, all thickly cut 🍣 soft ~ incomparable, super satisfying. Beef is the best to eat raw beef, roasted salmon and foie gras are large and thick and unlimited, and the carbon-roasted raw oysters are also delicious."

"Although the Japanese food is exquisite, it is eaten by more people and has a special flavor. Because first, there are many people. Second, there are more things that people can order, so that you can taste the various signature dishes in the store, and you don’t come to pull the grass specially. It’s very good, the ingredients are fresh and the materials are exquisite."

"Such a confusion, only Japanese snacks can not forget, because growing up in Beijing, even in Daoxiang Village is less than a hundred kinds of snacks, at best one hundred and one, this kind of snacks is too sweet, hard, poor taste, long and long no appetite to eat."

"🍣 Tiger white grass for a long time, drip Japanese food, go to pull the grass with the male ticket at noon! Sushi portions are a lot of single points, the taste is quite good, Naohua sushi and a cup of rice, I like beef and foie gras, the cup of rice is so small, mini, but the taste is great, I like 😍 "

"This is the most cost-effective kaiseki cuisine I have ever eaten. Overall, it is not bad. This "juice" is really good and the chef who can't finish it will pinch you into a rice ball and take it home. If you have a limited budget, you can eat this one."

"The restaurant environment is very good, very clean and tidy, the food is not only beautiful, but the important thing is that the taste is very good and the color is good. The practice retains the original taste of the ingredients, fresh and refreshing. And there are many choices of dishes, the price is not high, suitable for taking the family together."
