Change Rules

  1. Changes are allowed: departure date, train number, seat class and arrival station. According to the railway bureau's regulations, the arrival station can only be changed 48 hours or more before departure, and cannot be changed within 48 hours.
  2. Changes are not allowed: departure station (other than stations in the same city), name, identity document, identity document type, etc.
  3. Each ticket can be changed once only.
  4. Changed tickets cannot be refunded after the train departs.
  5. Reimbursement/Non-electronic tickets can only be changed at the station ticket window, and the paper ticket must be returned.

  10. If you submit a ticket change on Trip.com after the train departs, you must submit it before 22:00 on the same day and the change must be successful. If you submit it after 22:00 or the change is unsuccessful, you can only apply for a ticket change at the station ticket window according to the ticket rules.

  3. New ticket price is less than original ticket price: The Railway Administration refund fee will be deducted from the price difference. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment account.
  4. New ticket price is greater than original ticket price: You need to pay the price of the new ticket. The refund for the original ticket will be returned directly to your original payment account.
