How to get an EMR Season Ticket refund

If you no longer need your EMR Season Ticket midway through its time frame, you can apply for a refund from wherever you bought it from - this should be pretty easy through the Trip.com app, though make sure to check the terms and conditions before making your purchase. For EMR Flexi Season Tickets, you cannot refund a particular day’s travel once you have activated the ticket should you eventually decide not to travel.
