On the portal, you can provide details of your lost item(s), and you’ll get an email from Greater Anglia with a reference number. If your property is located, you will receive a follow-up email with information on how to get it back.

When completing the details of your missing possessions, make sure to provide as many specific details as possible (colour, size, make and other distinguishing features).

Note: after you submit your claim, there may be a short delay in your item(s) appearing. Where possible, Greater Anglia aims to get all found items back to customers within 72 hours.

Unlike other train operators, Greater Anglia stipulates that there is no fee to pay if you can collect your missing possessions within 24 hours of being notified that they are available. After 24 hours, you can collect your item(s) with a small charge.
