How do I get my lost item back from Transport for Wales?
Making a Transport for Wales lost property claim is simple with TfW’s dedicated online portal. If you have lost or misplaced something on a TfW train, you can search for your item(s) or file a report on the Transport for Wales lost property portal here.
On the TfW lost property portal, you will first be able to search for your item(s); if your missing belongings have been found on TfW network, they will appear and you'll be able to claim them.
In cases where your possessions do not show up on the system, you will have the chance to register them as missing. When filling out the details of your item(s), provide as much information as possible, as the more specific your description, the more likely it is that TfW will be able to match your report to your possessions.
Transport for Wales will contact you if they find your item(s), though please note that this process may involve a short delay before they appear in the database.
TfW charges a handling fee of £2 per item.
Where can I pick up my lost item from Transport for Wales?
