You can reach this station easily on the Northern, Victoria, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines (the latter 3 stop at Euston Square station, which is next door).
Don't forget, to travel to Derby from London Euston, you'll need to transfer over to St Pancras. You can either walk down Euston Road (turn left when you come out of Euston) or jump on the Victoria line – it's just 1 stop to St Pancras.
