Lovely waiting staff who was very accommodating. However we were expecting home made cakes. Everything was pre packed. Sandwiches however were lovely.

Really excellent meal. There was more choice on the menu than the last time we were there, which was great, and it was absolutely delicious - and beautifully presented. Perfect service from Lizzie, as usual!

We were very happy with the food and the service. However when we came to pay -expecting the. £20 discount as we booked through Fork. The Staff denied being Fork members. That was the only disappointment of the everning. As we use Macdoonald Bear as our choice please reassure us that it is a Fork restaurant.jThank you.

We sat down at 20:00, ordered and received our starters, however, at 21:07 we were still waiting for our main courses. My lamb was missing an accompaniment, which I was told would be made up for with some extra veg, which didn't seem a great substitute.Overall the service was slow, and with the meal and two drinks coming in just under the £90 mark, we don't think the overall experience/price performance justified a gratuity.

With Harvester you get a lot of food for your money but it is a family restaurant so there may be lots of noise from babies and small children. We had some issues with a novice waitress and under cooked starter but they were sorted. Free salad bar and bread ..wide choice and unlimited.

Nice open fires. Great for a pint and a park. Huge garden. It's a pub that does food, not a restaurant. Food and menu well above average for pub grub. The first two wines we tried to order were out of stock. Service isn't fully waited , had to get water, wine list, bill and someone to take payment by visiting the staff table at the end of the bar by the welcome point. Bill was rectified swiftly.

Very friendly staff and clean restaurant. Food was tasty. Had a salad but unfortunately a few of the ingredients were missing!!. Good atmosphere and not too loud. Bit on the pricey side and not enough light bites on the menu for lunch.
