TA用户
WE have travvelled from Spain to meet our Niece from Lima, Peru, who is attending a Conference in the hotel. She is a very special person with whom we wished to have lots of conversation. Unfortunately, I have to use hearing aids, but conversation was impossible for me...not the restaurant's fault, of course; just my hard luck. There was so much chatter from adjacent tables that I switched my aids off & sulked!!! I thought that I could enjoy the dinner. The menu is very limited. I chose fried fish with a mussel sauce, my wife had a beef dish. The portion was, for me,small and I thought that I could 'pad it out' with a bread roll & some butter. Yuk! Never before in my 80+ years have I ever wiped the 'butter' off my bread! The yellow grease had not the slightest taste of either butter or margarine that I have ever tasted. What's going on? I buy Danish Lurpak butter every week so am not a "Happy Bunny" when dished up with 'axle grease'! The Staff are the best thing about the restaurant; every one with a smile but to Pay DKK 245 for a bit of fish is a "rip-off' as far as I am concerned. Luckily we have some much more enjoyable restaurants in Hellerup where we are staying.
