What people are saying:

It belongs to Hokkaido, and it is the most pink and seasonal place in Hokkaido, such as the cherry blossoms blowing snow in the sky and the bright Shiba dots on the ground. Higashimokoto Shiba Cho Park in Okuma Cho, Hokkaido is a famous scenic spot. The area of Shiba Cho in the park is 10 hectares. In early May, you can enjoy the view of Shiba Cho in the mountains, like a layer of pink carpet on the hills, the scenery is very charming. · View the whole hill covered with Shiba, with its cow symbol depicted by Shiba, and the Yamatsumi shrine, with its pink birdhouse in front, at the top of the mountain, with its popularity. "Zhifu is a small flower covered in the ground, with small petals of pink, white, pale purple and white. The flowering period after the cherry blossoms, with the name of the cherry blossoms in shape and color, is about mid-May to mid-June and will be full." The local festivals are held every time the festival is full, and limited food, souvenirs and accompanying gifts are offered. The garden is equipped with a plank and observation deck to facilitate visitors to enjoy the scenery from different angles. There is also a limited time-limited pink "Shiba Cream and Sakura Ice Cream", which is very dreamy.·Traffic means self-driving: about 30 minutes drive from Abashiri station taxi fare: about 10,000 yen

    Amazing place

This park was filled with shibazakura when we were there early May. Breathtaking and absolute must go. Although the drive was long from Furano but definitely worth it. Highly recommended.
