Its like being transported and yet you are still in Aberdeen. Well worth a visit, photo ops galore, history comes alive and St Machars ceiling has to be seen to be believed.
This area is definitely worth a visit. It's nice to walk around there, visit St Machar's Cathedral and the streets to the south. Good for an hour or two. You can then walk to the coast!
