I always like to go to a coffee shop to rest in art museums. The Akita Prefectural Museum of Art is designed by Tadao Ando. The coffee area is not large, and it combines the shops together. All seats are cozy and open to the windows. The products in the store are still carefully. The point is that all the utensils are beautiful! The rice flour cake rolls are from Rong Tai Lou. The cream is slightly sticky, but the overall taste is good. The apple pie is from Akita Gashizongya Kodō, the apples are very large, with the flavor of cinnamon added. The coffee is only black coffee and cappuccino, and it doesn't look Italian. Coffee has a bitter taste, but it is not bitter. The apple juice uses the county apples, which is super delicious! The weather in Akita is not so good today, so I can sit here and enjoy the rain.
