Most of the staff speaks only French.  The head waiter,Alex, understands and speaks English,The service was impeccable the food was wonderful.The chef&#39;s triple surprise &#39;inspired&#39; dessert was indeed a delicious surprise,

We loved it because the restaurants in Mauritius were rather rare, especially with buffet for &euro;19.All the dishes were great and we gave ourselves for the welcome, entrance and dishes.
