Very informative tour and even more informative tasting of the many different types of sake that Otokoyama produces. The grounds are beautiful and the opportunity to taste the freshest water coming frm the underground springs is priceless. It is true that the best tasting products come from its source.

So tasty and so good. Spending 1 hour touring the Sake Museum is entertaining. Not much in English so ask lots of questions. It's a mostly self guided tour so we were asking anyone around. AND.... A taste test at the end. Quite nice!
You can appreciate the wine making process and go to Hokkaido. Many attractions are similar.
The Otoyama Sake Brewery Museum is a small museum about Otoyama Sake. It has an introduction about the sake, a model of the brewing factory, and the honors that Otoyama Sake has won. I have a better understanding of Japanese sake culture. There is a free tasting area on the first floor, where you can taste various flavors of Osan Liquor, from sweet to spicy. The service staff will be very intimate to tell you what the taste of the wine is. If you feel good, you can buy it at the opposite sales area. In the yard, you can also take pictures in Japanese costumes. There is also a spring water in the yard, you can taste it.
Otoyama Sake Brewing is not only an information tube, but it is also possible to buy their most famous sake. This sake has a high degree, so friends who like to drink can buy a bottle and learn a lot of sake culture.
