One of the best fort parks in the SE
One of the best done fort parks we've ever visited! The first 1/2 of rooms with a/c & detailed history were amazing. Gift shop is nice. Great picnic area & trails. And the best part- free! Amazin...
Fun and educational place to visit!
Very interesting place to visit.very hot in July but there are air conditioned rooms to go in and explore.there is a beach area nearby to visit.bring water ! There is a nice gift shop also.
Live Music on Friday’s
Fort Macon is a great place to visit for all ages! On Friday nights they have free live music inside of the fort. In order to watch the music, you should bring your own chair and bug spray.
