Jersey cow soft cream
A shop in the mountains of tsurugazawa Town. You can eat soft serve ice cream and gelato. My house always eats special ❣️ special serving together. Actually, I would like to try a 1,000 yen soft serve ice cream with a bucket, but it hasn't come true yet. Sometimes, it smells like a rural perfume from cows, but ... freshly picked I'm patient because I use milk. There were several kinds of gelato and it looked delicious.
The red building is the landmark.
The jersey beef soft serve ice cream was delicious. The shop is new and beautiful. However, the parking lot and the inside of the store are not large, so it may be a little difficult when it is crowded. If you're lucky, there may be cows in the grassland behind you. It's pretty cute. Recommended for families with small children.

Rare jersey beef sirloin! A variety that you rarely can eat is Tsugaru! It was a surprise! The deep umami that doesn't bother the hardness of the meat, and the aftertaste that is still good, leaves a strong impression.
