Nine streams pass through the village and meet in Nine Streams Village. The streets here are extremely well preserved, and tradition and popular customs are yet more purely preserved. The scale of Nine Streams Village is more akin to that of a small town. One large street passes through the entire old town, and there are small workshops for silverware, ironware and wooden articles on the street, and some still preserve their old stone sales counters. The fortress and walls of Nine Streams Village have already been demolished, but the passageways which would have been defended by soldiers in those days remain on either side of the main street. From the road high above the south side of the village, you can overlook all of Nine Streams Village. It is a brilliant place to take photos.
