Majestic architecture and ground floor. Love all the statues. Help out state travelers like me understand the origins of the country and what matters to people. Very nice sidewalk. Light up in bright places at night. Never been inside the building as it was late but the amazing factor still exists. Nice view from the second lieutenant peak too. Crazy neighbor
