I have heard in geography textbooks that the Los Angeles Mountains refer to Canada. This mountain range is very continuous. Basically, there are snow mountains. It is true that there are snow mountains in the summer.
It was as if it were Castle Hill, and the high-speed road between Lake Louis and Banff was spectacular. It's best not to take the high speed, starting from Lake Louis Town, take 1A Highway, not too far will be a way to a viewing spot called Morant's Curve, here you can see the train, long train curve! Keep going, near Castle Junction, which I personally think is the best place to see Castle Hill, and there is a steel bridge nearby. We were lucky to meet black bears and elk on our way to Castle Hill.
Castle Hill is a famous mountain in Banff National Park, drive from Banff town to Lake Louise, along the ice boulevard it looks like a castle, close up you can see the weathering marks on the rock walls, especially when the sun is shining and the hills are stained with gold
Located between Bandford and Lake Lois, Castle Hill is 2,276 meters above sea level, it is shaped like a German castle and the castle-like cliffs are breathtaking. The horizontal overlapping layers of the walls are sandwiches, with limestone and dolomite in the upper and lower layers, and shale in the middle, combined with the erosion and weathering of the walls, revealing hundreds of millions of years of wind and frost that Castle Hill has experienced. Castle Hill is a magnificent, famous landmark mountain on Canada Highway 1.
