Snake Farm, located in Queen Saovabha Memorial Institute, is known for its research on snakes. Since 1900, the organization has produced anti-venom for people bitten by poisonous snakes. Staff are tasked with extracting venom from a vast variety of poisonous snakes to create lifesaving cures. The facility is home to thousands of venomous snakes, all sorted and housed in well-equipped habitats enclosed in glass.
Cobras, pythons, red banded kraits, banded kraits, many-banded kraits and dozens of other snakes spend their days eating, climbing trees or kicking back and relaxing.
