The Beijing Confucius Temple is situated on the Guozijian Street inside the North Second Ring Road in Beijing. It is next to the Guozijian. It was constructed during the Yuan Dynasty and is the place for worshiping Confuciusthe in Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. The Beijing Confucius Temple was revered by the royal emperors of the past and has a high status. After many renovations, it is the second largest Confucius Temple in the country as its scale and status, second only to the Qufu Confucius Temple.
