Wuying Palace (Painting and Calligraphy Gallery)

Wuying Palace is now a ceramic museum. The porcelain pillows displayed in the Dingyao Dynasty of the Song Dynasty are glaze-white and soft, and the shape is flexible. However, although Yudetang came, the bathhouse was still not open to tourists, so I could only comfort myself that I had seen it in the documentary, so I looked at the beams in the main hall of Yudetang, looked at the dome of the bathhouse outside the house, and left.

Wuying Palace is the Painting and Calligraphy Hall in the Palace Museum. You need to make an appointment in advance to visit. Compared with paintings and calligraphy, the various imperial ceramics in Wuying Hall are more attractive. Especially the several rotary bottles placed in the special exhibition hall, these pottery are exquisite and ingenious, which is really worth seeing.

Wuying Palace is located in the western area of Beijing's Forbidden City. It was built during the Ming and Yongle years (1403-1424), and was burned in the Qing Dynasty for eight years (1869) and was rebuilt the same year. Wuying Palace has five rooms, three in depth, and the top of Huang Liuli Waxie Mountain. It is now on display at the Palace Museum's Painting and Calligraphy Museum.

The Wuying Palace has now been converted into a ceramic museum, which is free to the public. But you need to make an appointment in advance after purchasing tickets. The ceramic museum has been transferred from Wenhua Palace to Wuying Palace. The porcelain on display basically covers every dynasties and various porcelains burned at different kiln sites.
