You can drive up from the farms Chiyoda grounds as it is. Just go up the gravel road from the premises and there is a road to your right, so let's go up there. The visibility is open in the Asahikawa area, but the Mima cow side is not visible because the tree 々 is disturbed.

I went to May 2019. Very close to Farms Chiyoda Fureai Ranch? It is an observatory on the premises. I didn't think the view was very good because the trees around me were in sight. If you follow the dirt road, you will find an observatory building on the hill.
