    It's lively here

    This area is part of the core of downtown. Lots of restaurants, a cinema, a wine tasting place and easy access to the convention center is right near by. It's a nice spot.

    Entertaining

    There are boutique shops to designer clothing brand stores to movie theaters and restaurants. I really like hanging out in this area.
