Lovely building but poor sound quality & expensive drinks
This Venue in theory should be fantastic. The building is amazing inside and it's just the right size for a good Gig. The staff are very friendly and polite. We recently attended the Happy Mondays Gig but what lets the place down is the sound quality and the drink prices. It's very difficult to hear the artists when they try to speak to the audience. The drink prices are also extortionate, £7.95 for a pint?!

Went to the Alestorm gig wasn't expecting to be able to sit (currently pregnant and on crutches) the general manager James saw us in the queue and helped us to get seats and got us into the venue quickly. The accessibility was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you James for helping us and making the experience truly enjoyable.

Went to see Adam Rowe & Alfie Brown who were amazing however the venue is terrible. It was freezing cold. People were shivering and wearing coats & even Alfie Brown called it a fridge & told them to put the heating on. The seats were tiny, uncomfortable & too close together. The ladies toilet were tiny. You could barely get into them. And the drinks were over priced. If you can see someone elsewhere instead of here I would.
