This place invokes bad behavior, bullying and lack of supervision. hope your child doesn't get hurt here, cuz you will get nothing from the management team. buyer beware.This facility allows children 13 years and older to be here without a parent present...as long as a waiver is signed. There is no security at the door so anyone can walk in at any time and vice versa leave when they want...So lets talk about this waiver...parents or legal guardians have to sign a waiver pretty much stating Just Jump is at no fault if your child gets hurts on their equipment.The age groups are not separated very well, you have a section for 6 and under and than everything older than that is free to jump together, during the not so busy times i guess this is okay but they have no rules and guidelines for their busier times so your 7 year old can be jumping and playing next to a 15 year old.Parents be aware and dont rely on Just Jump to have your best interest at hand.
