The venue itself is a shambles!!! I visited Tramshed Cardiff last night, and there was nothing I liked about this place.. As soon as I arrived I went to use the toilet and it was all sick over the floor and over the toilet, so instead of an employer keeping the toilet clean they were just locking the cubicles so they couldn’t be used. I think about 4 out of l0 toilets were left open by the end and f the night and the ques for the toilets were massive, which could have been prevented if they were cleaned on a regulator basis. I then qued by the bar to get a drink and the prices were extortionate (£6 a pint of samiguel) I was willing to pay it but was very annoyed when I saw the bar attendant take a pint which had been standing behind the bar for god knows how long and just topped it up. I told him I want a fresh pint pulled and not the one which he had pulled before I arrived at the bar. He then went on for in a tantrum because I would not take the drink that had been stood there. My friend also had to change his pint 3 times as the pump was off!! If you paying heed prices you expect good customer service and a damn good pint. It’s safe to say I will not be returning to this venue. No seats or lockers for coats either!!
