Ganlu Temple is located on the Beigushan Hill shore of the Yangtze River, which is also known as the "Three Kingdoms Hill" as Sun Quan and Liu Bei established an alliance here. Built when the area was part of the Eastern Wu state, Ganlu Temple reached its current size following expansions over past dynasties. With graceful surroundings and fresh air, the temple seems like a home in the forest. Travelers can wander on the ancient path in the Kingdom of Wu, climb Beigu Tower and admire the beautiful scenery of the Yangtze River.
