    LINKING CIVILIZATIONS

    A road bridge, it dates from the 1st century CE, spanning the Agueda River. You can get good views of it from the upper walls and/or the parador. I must profess a preference for the Roman bridges only...

    The bridge is fine, if you see from the wall it is a beautiful image: the bridge, the river and the environment, but in fact, it's little Roman left.
