Quilotoa is a volcano in the Andes, at an altitude of 3,900. The crater we saw was caused by a huge volcanic eruption many years ago, followed by a collapse of the volcano's interior, which was 3 kilometers in diameter. Water gradually accumulates in the crater, forming a lake, due to mineral rich, the lake is blue-green, plus the crown-shaped crater, forming a picturesque scenery. Aboriginal people call it the Queen's teeth, the lake is 250 meters deep, and the lake is different in different weather. There are rowing boats in the middle of the crater to participate.

Located in the central city of Lataguca, Ecuador, from here by bus, about an hour and 30 minutes, Laguna Quilotoa altitude is 3,900 meters high.
