What travelers say:

Anren Ancient Town is set in the Republic of China period. The most distinctive is the brake. In short, it is the previous tram. It can take 10 minutes to drive, but it is at the entrance of Jianchuan Museum. If you want to come back, you can take the battery car as if it was 5 yuan. Or buy a ticket to take back. In the Republic of China Customs Street, you can see many women in cheongsam to take photos, and there are also many snack shops that can taste food. If you want to say that the shortest is that the street is a little short, it will not be long before you walk.

Additional Information

Founded in the Tang Dynasty, Anren Ancient Town is a sleepy little slice of history. Some of the sites to visit include the well-preserved Liu Family Manor, the large Folk Museum, Red Star Street, Shuren Street, and Yumin Street. There are nearly a dozen Republican-era mansions scattered throughout the town. There are several good restaurants in town and it's challenging to choose only one. Nearly every single restaurant has their own take on locally famous dishes such as Maoxuewang (duck's blood and beef tripe in a spicy soup), Landlord's spare ribs, carp, and soft tofu. If you have the time, make sure to try them all!
