What travelers say:

A tower with a history of more than 200 years is the beginning of the novel "Ulysses", the most influential in the history of Irish literature. This tower is the exciting Martello Tower, where Joyce started writing this novel. Mateluo Tower was a seaside fort built to prevent Napoleon’s French invasion. A large number of Joyce's manuscripts, souvenirs and works in various versions are exhibited downstairs, including translations in languages around the world; the ones upstairs are the same as when Joyce briefly stayed here a hundred years ago. In addition, Dun Laoghaire, the town where the tower is located, is also a small town with a very beautiful view of Dublin Bay. It is suitable for young artists to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and take a relaxing day trip to the suburbs. Walking along the seaside trail all the way, Putting the Buddha back to the years of a hundred years ago, it has not changed at all in the old time.
