Just as the clock tower is the symbol of the University of Auckland, the clock tower here is also the symbol of the University of Otago, and it is also a major symbol of the city of Dunedin. The architectural style of its exterior wall is exactly the same as that of the railway station.
The University of Otago was founded in 1869. The school's bell tower is also a landmark in the city of Danidine, modelled on the main building of the University of Glasgow in Xu Grant, built from contrasting dark basalt and light Omarus.
There were no solemn gates, no walls, no separations, no complete integration, the university clock towers on the side of the road, the ivory landmarks, the not-so-researching, I thought I was a church.
Danidine was a bustling city during the gold rush of the last century. Early urban pioneers came from Scotland, and most of the ancient buildings in Danidine were scottish, as were Danidine's bell towers. Daniding has several more representative bell towers, the University Executive Building, the Railway Station and the Government Executive Office at the Octagonal Square.
The main attractions in the city are not far away, the first thing to see is the train station.Walking in the street, you can see the tall bell tower, and the exterior wall colors. Near the approach, see a footbridge next to it, first look at the view, left see a bus stop in the station, the color of the carriage is very bright. On the right is the street view opposite the station, clean and tidy.
