According to some tourists, the palace is very dilapidated, but we like it very much. It carries too many past glory, including architecturally inlaid carvings, plaster statues, stained glass, are silently telling history, although most of them are now in urgent need of restoration, but still show the amazing beauty of the time. The restoration was underway when we visited, so entry was prohibited, but after "communicating" with the staff, we could freely look around.
