苏河家园The lake area of England is magnificent, the lake is wide, the wooden boats are rows, the breeze is blowing, and the layers are rippling; the shore and the hillside are shaded by trees, and the air is fresh and cool. It is also the birthplace of Peter Rabbit, a classic image created by children's illustrator Beatrice Potter, and many of her works are set in the Lake District, which is worth a visit.

苏河家园During the trip to the UK, we came to the hometown of Peter Rabbit in Bowness, a small town in the Lake District of England. This little rabbit from the British countryside has healed countless people with its cuteness. The souvenir shops in the town and the Beatrix Potter Museum are all places to check in for Peter Rabbit fans.
suifeng2019The houses in the town look simple and plain, with white exterior walls that are very dazzling against the blue sky, and the blue and white colors are very harmonious. Almost all the goods sold in the shops are related to Peter Rabbit, and the image of the little rabbit is very lovable.

coo***anI went to Grasmere to see Dove Cottage, the former residence of Wordsworth. I passed by it last time when I came to the Lake District but didn't go in. This time I can visit it for free with the National Art Pass, so I can't miss it. I exchanged the tickets at the ticket office, went to the small white house next to it (that is, Dove Cottage), knocked on the door a few times, and a staff member led a guided tour. The small garden next to the white house is full of sunshine. I really want to sit in it and read books all day!

崂山顽石Wray Castle is a Victorian neo-Gothic building on the west shore of Lake Windermere. It is also the dock for cruise ships on Lake Windermere. This land includes part of the Windermere coastline and is open all year round. It is famous for its selection of specimen trees - wilintong, redwood, ginkgo, lime and various beech. We bought freedom of the lake. We had to look at every pier. We did not disembark here. We took pictures of the exterior.
M32***83The museum is free to visit and you can see a variety of old-fashioned steamships, which is an eye-opener.
