[View] Excellent museum in the city center [Fun] Excellent museum in Grenoble, a happy place in the city center. I like to come and hang out on Sundays and marvel at the wonderful paintings here. There are great exhibits throughout the year and the first Sunday of the month is free. Be a friend of this museum to support artistic creation.
The museum is located at the foot of Bastille Fortress, a quaint 17th-century convent. The exhibits feature Alpine cultural heritage, introducing local art and industrial history, skiing and other traditional customs. Open from June to September Wednesday to Monday 10:00-19:00, October to May Wednesday to Monday 10:00-18:00. Free visit. Take the tram line B and get off at Notre-DameMusée station to reach the neighborhood, and then cross the river and climb the mountain and walk there.
Free museum, except for a section of the road on the mountain, others are good.
Looking around, if the tourists said this is a museum, we thought it was an ordinary resident bungalow.
The museum feels more civilian.
