What travelers say:

It's very very very worth coming. The one-day bus and tram tickets we bought have direct access to sightseeing routes. This is the first women's monastery in Japan, and there are still nuns living a monastic life here. The red brick building of the monastery is fresh and unique, and there are sculptures such as the statue of the Virgin in the courtyard, giving a holy impression. The place where the nuns really live is not allowed. They can only be visited outside. The European-style buildings are very suitable for large-scale filming. Finally, you can buy some souvenirs and handmade biscuits made by the nuns in the archive.
