We enjoyed seeing the diversity of plants at Pescadero Marsh Natural Preserve. Its also a good place to see a variety of birds.
Great place for birding
Nice location with a variety of habitats for good birding. During migration season would be awesome. In the middle of the afternoon in summer, maybe not too much to see, but there's always something...
Lovely place for a quiet hike
Love that place. It’s very quiet. You can enjoy a quick or longer stroll in nature. The hike is very easy and there tons of little spot to just enjoy a picnic.

Easy stop on the way to Pescadero
This is an actual marshland with lots of birds and if you are lucky you might see a seal or otter. You can meander through the marsh at a nice pace.
