St. Sophia was quite lovely and has a rich history. The interior design of the cathedral was quite interesting and much has been preserved. There was also a live musical performance inside and you could see several portraits and paintings of various saints.
The Hagia Sophia Cathedral is located at No. 88, Toulong Street, Sophia Plaza, Daoli District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. It was built in 1907 and is a Byzantine-style Orthodox Church and an iconic building in Harbin. The interior of the church is now the Hagia Architectural Art Museum.
worthy to visit in Harbin. ticket was 20 RMB. I saw two performers inside Pianos 🎹 and Saxophones 🎷. better to stay 30 mins inside. but outside TikTokers were very annoying. Got coffee place outside also. cheers ☕️
Landmarks of Harbin. Now the interior has been transformed into a Harbin Architecture Museum, reflecting the historical buildings and vision of Harbin. Except for Mondays, there are concerts for about 4 or 5 minutes every night at 6:30.
The building is very beautiful, designed by the Russians, and the red brick literature and science of the exterior wall have been marveled, which has changed more than China's clear water wall. The red wall is green, the full onion head is placed on the European-style building, and the characteristics of the Orthodox Church are full. The church has been changed to a Harbin architectural exhibition.
