It was said that it would be immediately from the parking lot to the observatory, but the observatory and the fence for preventing danger are completely buried in the root bamboo and I don't know where it is. It is a waterfall located upstream of the Chubetsu River that flows through the Asahikawa River. It is a two-tiered waterfall and the flow is not steep, but it is a powerful waterfall. You can observe it from the observatory near the parking lot to the waterfall.
