WALKING THRU TOWN AND THERE IT IS
I had seen the 1/10th scale building and bumped into it in the middle of my walk-about. I did not enter for it isn't my faith and i was heading somewhere else. It is is large enough to see.
The design and architecture of the building are western in style. The facade is elegant, attractive, and not imposing. A lovely sight. It is a pity that the church was closed during the time of my vis...
Sighted in late Autumn around 4:30pm, so it was dark and entry to the church wasn't possible. However, from the outside it was quite impressive a facade.
On the east side of Hirosaki Park, there was a church that resembled Notre Dame. That was the Hirosaki Church of the Japan Christian Church. This church is said to be the first Protestant church in Tohoku, founded in 1897. We only saw the exterior, but I thought the Gothic construction of the twin towers resembled Notre Dame.
It is a tour only of the exterior. It's great, but it was a pity that the explanation was difficult to understand. A wasteful word. However, it is really beautiful, so if you have time, I recommend you to go see it.
