What a super site very good reminder of our past. It features the famine in Ireland and also what the people shared with the world - “The Land of Saints and Scholars.” Definitely worth a visit.
I thought it as about the saints like Patrick, Columba et al but it is about different saints - those who died due to the potatoe famime. Who ever sculpted these figures from wood is a marvelous wood ...
