The temple with a rotonda was built in the early 19th century on the site of a melted church. A high-speed bell was built later. It is still dominated over the city center.
Initially the temple was built in 1698, but it burned in 1767 and later rebuilt. Under the Soviet power in 1930 was closed, it was placed in a warehouse.
