Lianyungang Museum is located in the new town, just opposite the city government, the museum is not big, mainly on ancient history, the west travel record culture, temporary venues and other open areas, not many exhibits, but has certain characteristics, is also worth to see and understand the place.
The museums built around the beginning of this century are now less than the museums in the rich towns of southern Jiangsu, both hardware and software. The museums are relatively short, even the general history exhibition is also very brief, there are Shuanglong Han Tomb, Tsuen Wan Jian, Xianghan Art and the special hall of Western Travel.
The City Museum currently exhibits "The Light of Civilization and Clouds-Exquisite Display of Historical Relics", "The Mystery of Eternity-Ling Huiping", "Yan Han Art Exhibition", "Historical Ink-Donghai Yinwan Han Tomb Bamboo Slip Art Exhibition", " Basic display such as "Journey to the West Culture and Art Exhibition", "Stele Forest Landscape Exhibition". Especially the mystery of the ages—Ling Huiping’s display shows the civilization and social features of this region during the Han Dynasty. The ancient corpse "Ling Huiping" is the third well-preserved wet ancient corpse of the Han Dynasty discovered so far in my country. Transportation strategy: Take buses 5, 19, 23, and B12 to get to the detailed address: No. 68, Chaoyang East Road, Haizhou District. Business hours: 9:00-16:00 (closed on Mondays) Free admission
